By creating close relationships with all our produce suppliers we are able to know what is available throughout the year, with the menu designed to accommodate fluctuations in certain items as they are freshly available.

Our cuisine type is defined as Contemporary Mediterranean, with our menu resonating the delectable flavours of the Mediterranean Sea, including Spain, Portugal, France, Greece and a very Strong Italian influence.

The ‘Contemporary’ component is defined by our original menu vision of Fresh Local produce. While we would love to mimic the classic dishes of the Med, some require us to adapt to encompass our own locally sourced produce prepared with a Mediterranean touch, rather than attempting to source the items all the way from Europe. In essence, Mother Nature is our greatest Supplier and what she has freshly available is what we are willing to offer you. We do not see this as a limitation on what we do, but rather the beauty of our Food Philosophy.
