Blues will be taking a Winter Sabbatical from June 1- June 30, Re-opening 1 July!
After a Long season, it is time for the Staff to take some well-deserved leave and we wish the team all the best for their Month of rest and relaxation!
The Break also gives the Chefs and Owners the chance to travel to Europe for the month, where plans have been made to meet and work in some top establishments, allowing Blues the opportunity to learn some great new ideas and restaurant concepts, all the while improving the experience for YOU.
We can’t wait to come back loaded with fresh ideas to get cooking again, and we can’t wait to share the new flavors with you.
